Upon registration we will take a full brief of your property requirements including all aspects of your lifestyle, which may affect location; access to communications, schools etc.

In most instances we will visit you in your current home to ensure that we fully appreciate your aspirations and lifestyle.Having refined your requirements we will match these with our extensive property database compiled from agents and private vendors. We will then submit to you a portfolio, which we believe matches your requirements.

Following a discussion to further refine your thoughts, we will view each property and prepare a brief report, with particular reference to your personal requirements.

Once you have digested this information we will arrange accompanied viewings of the properties which you feel are of particular interest. This process will continue until we find you the ideal property.

Finding the right property is however only the start. We will be as actively involved in negotiations as you wish. Our local knowledge and rapport with agents enables us to assist you with assessing local values and often provides us additional useful information.

As we are working exclusively on your behalf it is our aim to save you more than we cost you. Having secured the property we will assist with surveyors, solicitors and we will even project manage refurbishments should you wish - in short we are able to offer a complete service to enable you to purchase your new home at arm's length with confidence.
